    LipsLover1 - I have reset your game as requested and I was able to access your game. Be aware that the process also resets your power and mood levels to their proper levels. Lower than before. You will have to rebuild these to get back to full functionality. Let us know if you can access the game.

    It seems that I have the same problem. Level of power is incorrect and mood the same. Can you reset it to the proper level?

    I can do this but it will reduce your levels, not increase them. OTAGOski2 - I have been able to access your account with no issue. Have you tried to access the game in a different browser. This works most time. Do you still want me to reset your game resources?

    Today it's ok. I've tried to access the game in all browsers. Yesterday it was the same result. But today with no problem game has started in my Firefox.

    It could have been an issue with connectivity between your internet provider and big point servers. Enjoy your city. I am closing this thread at this time.
