A couple of quests wont end...

    Hi!
    I think I have some problem with quests/tasks I shall carry out in the city. (The quests shown in the pc screen left-hand side)
    The first task is: Build a coal-fired power plant + put out 7 park lamps. I have done both after the task annoncerades on my screen, but nothing happens.
    The second task is: Upgrade town hall + reach the population of 450 people in the city. I have upgraded the town hall, and the current population is at the time of writing 704.
    I have I understand something wrong, or is it a bug?
