Academy (No option to build)

Hi

Scoured the FAQs and found a thread saying to post in the technical section.

I have let my specialists' contracts drop below ten and have dealt with >20 fires/police emergencies. I even tried not collecting medals post emergencies and that didn't trigger it either. The academy doesn't appear in the catalogue to build and continue the task.

Can anyone help me out?

My number is JB5391 | ID 8149808 and I use GMT/BST timezone and chrome browser.

This is from memory, so bear with any in accuracy and anyone else who remembers better help, the Academy is triggered by a group of situations in the game, either or combination of game level, city hall level, population, and or completion of certain tasks. Once these conditions are met then the academy becomes available. Good luck the Moderators will be along soon with the exact answer for you.

 

As my learned friend BillyJim says this is a complicated system of triggers to get the academy. However as we have had several issues I have short cut the process for you and it should now be waiting?.
