Academy not Available

Admins and tech people:

I have had the quest "New Recruits" for quite some time now. It tells me to place the Academy. But I still dont have an Academy available.

I am level 16 and my user id is :8348569

Can someone help me on this,

 

Academy is obtained by completing another quest. Please try to finish your other tasks related to emergency system and once you obtain the Academy you can also finish this one.

 

Something must be wrong then. I have two quests that involve having an academy. The first being "new recruits" which asks me to place an academy i dont have the other is "Medicine Woman" which asks me to select a specialist for my hospital. And i cant do that without the academy.
Which quest am i missing?

 

Have you activated your emergency system (placed fire department in your city) and recruited any rookie into your fire department? If yes, you will need to use all his contract points before receiving Academy Quest.

 

I have place the fire dpt, police dept, and hospital.

I have upgraded the fire dpt to lvl 2 and have two specialist there. How do i use up his contract points?

 

All emergency personal are considered specialists in their domain, even if they don't yet have a specific specialization.
Contact points are used when personal is sent to resolve an emergency.

It seems the problem is no emergencies are being triggered. is there some setting that allows/disallows emergencies? I have yet to have a single one!

 

The EMS can be disabled by an option on each of your emergency buildings (firehouse, hospital, police station) and it can be reactivated if any of these 3 buildings is placed back in your city. This information is again found in our FAQ Section which i would strongly advice you to read.

 

I have read the entire FAQ section. But again. No emergencies are happening. I have had the hospital, fire dpt, and police dpt for 2 weeks now and not a single emergency has happened.
Why is this? And who do i need to contact to fix it?

 

No emergencies with EMS system activated is an issue which affects several players and our devs are already working on a fix. Unfortunately until this has been resolved for all players there isn't much we can do.

 

Wonderful....any time table on this fix?

 

We are unable to predict when it will be resolved, but we hope it will arrive soon.

How to reactivate the emergency system such as police station and fire department ?

 

Click on the "move "icon and drag the buildings back to your map.
