    i am on level 21 and i still cant build the academy. Whene can i do that?

    Academy is rewarded by completing a series of quests related with emergency system.

    I was going to ask about academy quest too as I'm having the same problem.
    Have my firestation, police and hospital built and am lvl 18. My main quest is to hire a tech for hospital but as no academy i can't.
    Can mine be looked into too please.

    I have the exact same problem as well. If you could look into my problem as well because I have all the emergency buildings built.

    Academy quest should be triggered by spending the contracts from your emergency personal. For some reason this is not happening for all players and we are looking into it.

    Thank you for the update on whats wrong. Hope it can be sorted soon, I'm new to the game but am very interested and want to really get into it.

    How long will this take because this academy is crucial to 2 of the 3 tasks I have right now and I would very much like to complete them A.S.A.P.

    And do you have any actual solutions for this problem?
