    I'm on level 15 and the academy still has not appeared on the designers logs. I can't continue to pass any of my other quests because of this flaw. stcerezo ID 8540941

    Academy is awarded from "Old Dogs, New Tricks" quest.
    At the moment we are investigating a series of quests which are not working properly including this one.
