    My account and city disappeared. Any idea what happened? Is it just cause I didn't log in for 2 days or what?

    I'm starting a new one for now.

    For us to find your account we will need the correct account name and id number.
    in the mean time have you filled out forgotten password in the appropriate link, cleared your cache etc
