    My ID is 8436998 and my account was created through games.com but they have set for me some email that I can not reach and password that I do now know. I just want to login from the risingcities.com but now I can not. So Is it possible to change my password and email ?

    Since your password is not stored with us but with games.com you will have to address them for a password recovery system.

    I did the same thing. You have to open up in games.com then while the game is loading open up another tab on your computer and go to risingcities.com it will open already logged in. once the game starts loading you can close the tab with games.com. its an extra step but at least you won't have that ad taking up the whole left side of the screen.
