Another log in problem

For the past week, I can't seem to log into the game successfully. It seems to be "loading forever". It happens only after I managed to unlock the city beyond the bridge. Before that I could log in successfully all the time.

Before yesterday, I had to try to log in more than 20/30 times before I can successfully log in. If I can manage to get to the city map screen, I have to log in via the secondary city region before I can log into my main city region. I can’t seem to log into my main city region directly.

Since yesterday, I have to try to log in 10/20 times before I can somewhat log in. Again the log in secondary city region issue. If I can manage to log into my main region city, it won’t load all my buildings. Many buildings are “missing”. It is still there. If the rent is up, the “gold coin” icon will pop up and I can still collect rent.

Sometimes, all the icons below the city will also disappear. That means I don’t have the means to navigate in the city.

However, regarding the other type of buildings, a farm, for example, if the tomatoes are ready, the items ready icon will appear but after I collect the items, I can’t proceed to manufacture further tomatoes as there is no building to be clicked upon.

Also regarding buildings like invisible vegetable stand, if the tomatoes need refilling, then the icon will appear but I cannot replenish at any other times as there is no building to be clicked upon.

Yes, I have cleared my cache all the time, restarted my computer all the time, tried 3 different browsers all the time- chrome, firefox & ie but no success. Flash drivers all updated.

I have played / currently playing countless browser games but this seems to be the most difficult for me to log in.

Please check and/or reset my data which seems to work for some.

I still like this game but if the above continues, it will be totally unplayable for me.

Thanks for your fast response and action.

However, the same issues that I have been experiencing is still happening to me.

After around 15 tries in different browsers, I managed to log in but the “missing buildings” still exists. And within seconds, I got logged off the game. Surprisingly, I managed to log in the next time [again with “missing buildings”] and within minutes I got logged off again. Both with no connection issues message but my internet connection is totally fine with my other games and webpages.

I guess I am just unlucky in this game.

Thanks again and I did have fun playing this game while it lasted.

Just want to update you regarding my current game status:

1) sent a support ticket yesterday regarding all of the above;

2) yesterday, still difficult to log in and the invisible buildings still exist;

3) noticed something new (or I didn’t noticed it before), if I hover my mouse over the buildings, the name of building will not appear, just its id no;

4) today, I managed to log in a bit easier; and

5) the important thing is the invisible buildings are no more, all seems normal in my city.
