    Hi one and all , I have finished the above upgrading City Hall from a 2 to a 3 and have 1596 residents.
    Pop up box gives green tick but in the window the ticks remain white.
    I have refreshed the page and logged out and back in but nothing changes.
    please help, also have Potayo-potahto running but that is counting ok so far.
