Antiquity event providing wrong rewards

I am level 25 and just started the Antiquity Fair. The rewards are for levels 20-24 and not 25-75 like they should be. I expected to get the rewards for the appropriate level, especially the 25k education points (vs. 10k). Can you fix this?

 

Sorry but your logs appear to show that when you started the event you were at level 24 the system does not change the rewards part way through an event.

 

Just to be clear, where you level 25+ when you started?
If you level up during the event you will not get the higher rewards on the other hand if you not to slow you can do the event again right after at the higher level.

I was at level 25 when I started the event. I just started it an hour ago and I've been level 25 for about 4 hours.

Did I need to reboot the game after I leveled up?

Also, there were 2 choices in the event plaza and I just chose the first one. Was one for my old level and one for my new level?

 

you should be able to redo the event after you have completed this one gl

 

I am guessing you had the choice of two, but as Skip says you will just have another to do immediately so it is a win win..

 

Actually, I didn't have the choice to do it again since the offer ran out while I was doing the first offer.

The event plaza does seem to occasionally get behind. I know if I'm online when a new event starts, although that event was shown as "starting soon" before, it then disappears entirely. Reloading the game normally sorts it out though. I assume you only had to deliver level 20-24 product, so you didn't lose out too badly. It should all work out properly next time!
