    They claim it's from mystery building season 1, but after a year trying I have begun to believe they are only a myth.

    I have three (and two studios), so no, not a myth. Less common though, yes.

    I also have two Art Galleries and no Art Studios but I keep trying. It took me over two years to finally get my first one. They are quite rare and when you finally get one it is a great feeling.
