    I just tried to watch my daily films on my city. when the window came up it said "Bad Gateway" blank screen otherwise. so I closed the screen only to get a message that I had to watch the film to get reward. ummmmmm can't watch film if gateway won't work so I lost 1 MM on the deal.

    I am sorry but as you may be aware this is an external advertiser feature and nothing to do with us. We have no contact or influence with this feature.

    :( I just had the same issue...I thought things had been reset/reworked so that we would not lose tickets when something like this happened....

    I tried just waiting for it to go through as has happened previously, but I have lumber mills to run, bakeries to supply, rent to collect, and do not wish to wait for 1MM. :rolleyes: Disappointed that it will be "lost", but since I don't have to do much to get it...I will keep moving forward! :)

    I do pass on all of these to the team but with little or no influence on the outcome there is not much more we can do.:(
