    Hi,

@PirateLee Please don't close my thread until the problem has been fixed, my cache and browser have all been updated and are clear. The game is still freezing when I click the bakery or the lumber. Perhaps it has something to do with individual users computers, however there dozens of players having the same problem and I would appreciate if you did not suppress the problem.

Rather notwithstanding deleting cache and broswer ( files) history are there any other measures a player can take to resolve this problem themselves.

I heard that switching search engines helps. I.e fire fox.

Incidentally I never doubled ticketed. I wrote one ticket for the freeze problem and another ticket some days later when the problem had mutated and shifted to the bakery buildings.

I think it is most inappropriate that you consider players should not post threads here about serious technical problems that are preventing them from playing the game. That is exactly what this forum if for. Until you have a resolution to this glitch then it is an open question that can be asked until such a time as it is resolved.

Ok first up the Tech area is for questions and answers not for discussion if we were to leave these open even for a day or so the whole process would crumble.

I do not see what you see an open tech thread takes over my view so I have to resolve it and close it. Some of us here do more than one job as there are never enough people to go around, to combat this we work faster both here and in tickets clearing the issues as we go.Leaving tickets or threads open is a disaster of monumental proportions when we have sometimes hundreds of tickets in a day and many more forum posts from around the world.

Now back to your issue, the answer is in your question, since using another browser fixes the problem how can it ever be a game issue. Some people are not able to clear their cache fully particularly people using IE without really digging deep hence the problem does not go away with a simple clear cache command.

Players using Firefox usually are able to fix the problem instantly as that clearance is much more efficient.

If it aint broke the boys and girls in coding cannot fix it.

Hope that helps but I will leave it open for an answer:rolleyes:.

    Hi Pirate Lee,

I have fixed the problem. It was indeed a server problem. Possibly related to adobe flash. I used mozilla firefox to re initialise the buildings and then reverted back to my usual server. It works on the normal server once again. I just hope it keeps working. Thanks for keeping my thread open. Much appreciated. Feel free to close it now it has been resolved.
