Bakery

Hi, every time I click on one of my bakery's, the game freezes and I have to re-load it, so I haven't been able to produce anything from it all day and one of my mills says its going to take millions of hours to make some beams, could you please help.

Usually this is a browser or flash player cache issue. Try clearing your browser cache (right clicking on game screen will reveal flash play controls, select global settings and delete to clear that cache). Then logging out and in should fix your problem. Another solution is to use a different browser or computer, and once you click on the bakery it should work again. If these things do not work, please let us know.

 

I went on flash player, selected global settings and it came up with lots of other things but no delete, please could you help, not very computer literate, thanks

 

If you try a private browsing window that usually works and is more accessible than another browser or device. You can also press refresh while holding shift or CTRL+F5 to do a hard refresh. Those're the most common ways, but there are others.

 

Each browser operates slightly differently with adobe flash. When you get the screen with list of other things click on "website storage settings panel" you should get a new window listing the files in your cache and above this list are two buttons. Just click on delete all sites. This will erase all of the sites. Do not worry you will not erase anything important. The game will automaticly recreate any files it needs again.

Arsuru thank you for a more sophisticated and elegant solution. Also you may need to clear your browser cache and this may be done by going into your browser settings and clearing your browsers history and checking the clear cache box on the list.

FInally sign into the game as Racheengel suggested using another browser. If you are using Google, try Internet Explorer or Firefox. They are all free to down load. Everytime you sign in to the game from a different browser the caches are cleared and start over again. Hope this helped
