    I just finished the Birthday event and placed the birthday palace on my coast but nothing is showing up. I even logged out and logged back in and still nothing.

    I just placed mine, and it's fine. I'm using Chrome. Any chance you haven't cleared your flash player cache?

    I cleared my cache and browsing history and it showed up so you may want to try the same.

    Most often this is a cache issue as piche413 has stated. Try clearing the caches and signing out of your browser and restart your computer. Let us know if this solved your issue.
