    You will have to contact the support team directly via the support ticket system. This will have to be done on a one on one basis. click on the ? in the upper right corner of the main screen and fill out a ticket. They will e-mail you back with infor mation to complete and an answer.

    thanks billy, all claims will be treated on a one off basis and will need to be confirmed by your game logs etc
