Bric a Brac and City hall quests

    Id 4849547 Djoneas.
    Hi i'm having some issues getting these two quests to complete. Bric a brac i have upgraded one of my brick yards but it does not seem to Recognize it and upgrading to metropolis i have the 950 residents and have upgraded city hall but it won't complete that quest either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:)

    Both of the above quests are now complete and the rewards waiting for you to collect.:D
