    You keep being online so we cannot fix the issue.

    Try sending in a support request when you are going offline for a few hours.
    Note your system needs to be off for us to fix this not just logged off the game.

    That is a lie. You need to brush up on your people skills and stop making up excuses. This is not good business to blame your customers. Maybe I need to talk to the president of Big Point to see what he thinks.You will not make much money only Bad Publicity for Blaming your customers for your mistakes.

    I can see when you are online and I never have a reason to lie to any player.
