bridge repair

    i have not been able to find anything to repair bridge, is it an event thing or do I have to be at a certain level before it allows repair on bridge.

    You need to be lvl20.
    You need to have the plot next to the bridge.
    Then you get a quest to fix the bridge.
    I don't remember that you needed anything else.

    As TellusXIV has pointed out, you need to reach level 20. Then you will receive a quest which will help you repair the bridge.
