Brownstone flats upgrades

    What materials and quantity are needed to upgrade them? It's missed in the FAQ section :).

    The problem is that the FAQ doesn't list the costs for uprading this bulding, like it does for all other buildings
    Sadly I cannot offer you the costs for upgrading from level 1 to 2
    Maybe someone else can help with that

    upgrade 2 -> 3
    120.000 cc
    750 beams
    150 bricks
    250 concrete

    upgrade 3 -> 4
    430.000 cc
    250 cork
    500 wood panelling
    750 cork
    750 concrete
    250 roof tiles
    350 roof tiles

    Yes I can (because I find it too expencive to upgrade just now):

    30.000 cc
    525 beams
