    I have a problem with city hall! Click on it and ....nothing! it will not "open".

    I went into your game and found nothing wrong with your City Hall. It says you collected your reward about two hours ago. Let us know if there is any additional problem. Some times when there is an internet connectivity issue between your device and the servers. There can be a time delay until the equipment re-synchronize back up.
