Build a Second Lumber Mill

On the left hand side of the screen, (task menu) I'm being asked to build a second lumber mill to collect my reward but I have five lumber mills and that's the max so why can't I collect my reward or clear this task to make room for another task?

name of task
if task has all the stages marked in green as completed.

 

Task: Second Pillar

The user ID is the number that shows up when you log into the game near your user like this (not in full screen):

1st Task is "Expand Your City Hall" (all stages are marked green as completed)
2nd Task is "Second Pillar" (no stages are listed for me to complete)

 

Your tasks have been completed and you can now collect your rewards.

 

I have now collected my reward for the "Expand Your City Hall" task, thanks...
However, I'm still unable to collect on the "Second Pillar" task.

 

Does your quest have all staged completed (checked) ?

 

The only tasks I'm being asked to complete is "build a second lumber mill" and I already have five lumber mills but noting is marked (checked) as completed...

 

Please understand that each task is different, and all stages have to be completed in a order. I cannot finish a quest if you do not have all the stages checked (green). Since this issue seems more complicated to be resolved on forum, please open a support ticket from the (?) - question mark in the game.

 

Ok, I'll contact support but what I'm saying is... There are No tasks listed for me to complete besides "build a second lumber mill" and I have already built five lumber mills...
