Build a Second Lumber Mill

    On the left hand side of the game screen (Task Menu) I have a task called "Second Pillar" and the only step in the task is to build a second lumber mill. Well I have built five and there isn't a way to obtain another building permit so why haven't I received my reward? The task isn't checked or marked green as completed because It's not possible to complete the task without another building permit and the only way I can get another building permit is to demolish one of my current lumber mills and rebuild it. Then I'd lose all of my resources invested in the building and my upgrades... This doesn't make sense... Any suggestions? Oh my ID is 7192898, user name: jer031105.

    Your quest is now complete.

    The quest came after the buildings so some later quests leave you in limbo if you have been in the game for a while.
