build a second lumber mill

I was going through my quests and I found build a second lumber mill that would be fine but I have 5 and no other building permits

how do I get around this

also I had a fire emergency and built the fire station so I went ahead and built police and hospital if there are quests for them then I will be stuck there to

I also seen I have a task for hospital that finished but it asking me to place a specialist and I all ready did that and the task is still requiring it

For the first part (second lumber mill) moderators need the quest name, in this case "Second Pillar".

Second pillar is now complete, some of these quests where added later in the game after people had already undertaken certain actions hence the problem.

The emergency system is not working correctly so you cannot finish other quests until it is fixed.

 

trying to build my 2nd lumber mill, but I buy land, it is red when I place it, like I cannot build on top of grass?

also, I own land that is dewooded, with what looks like a cooked turkey. what does this mean?

Lumber Mills and Farms can only be built in designate areas these are areas of a reddish brown color, looking like furrows in the ground. The game will highlight in red areas where you can not build a structure. You may have to buy an additional plot of land or move buildings around to free up these areas for your Lumber Mill. Hope this helps.

k, thx again, lastly, on some plots of land, there is a clearing of the woods, which looks like a cooked turkey in the middle. What does this mean, pls, as I cannot find any explanation elsewhere. thx

 

I just figured out what you are talking about those are the clay pits where you will be able to build your brickyards in the future. These are the only locations where the brickyards can be built. Do not build over these areas for this reason.
