    how do you get a building permit

    most building permits are earned automaticly as you level up in the game. There are also reward building permits available in the Loot-o-matic and events. It is possible to buy extra permits by using Metro Money.

    The fishing areas are located in the Seashore map, on the North side (far right side), on the shoreline.
