    I wasn't given enough"toolboxes", and I spent serious time collecting. Either give the correct amount of toolboxes or drop the amount needed to pass, it's ********! NO wonder nobody can pass the quests. Glad I don't waste my money, or I'd be down right knocking your game all over the net more than I already waste my time playing it.

    The number of tools boxes are based on the number of buildings with the correct citizens, the building levels, the schedule of rent collection, etc. If you do not have enough toolboxes then you need to increase these factors so that you generate more of the items.
