Is the end-value for fully upgraded house calculated as:

    End-Value = lv4-start-value + Mastery (%) + Lv4 Speciality (%) (ex. mood, energy and so on)

If it's the case why doesn't the FAQ
    Residential Buildings
include the start-value for lv4 and why does 'Lv4 Speciality' includes the Mastery-value?

Is it the End-Value which is rounded down or is it also the Mastery-values and Lv4 Speciality ?

Where do I find the exp-points for a Residential building?

Are Improvements-value added before or after Mastery and lv4 Speciality are added?

The concept is correct but not all residentials follow the exact same pattern, also values can be rounded up, some down. Unfortunately we do not have the exact information so the FAQs reflect our tests and observations. Also please take into consideration that game is in continue development and FAQs can sometimes become outdated against our best efforts.
Experience Points for residentials is not a information we can provide due to the fact that is influenced by alot of game elements.
Improvements are added after mastery and specialty.

In conclusion, we try to provide as much accurate information as we can in our FAQ to help players, but we will never have all the inner mechanics of the game disclosed.
