Can I please change my username?

I know it said somewhere that I needed to ask and have a good reason. I made this ridiculous username last night and I absolutely hate it. I was going to link to my facebook account but I can't do that with this username. I also feel like I was being more snarky than usual since it was late at night. I really hope you guys find this okay. I would really appreciate a chance to make my username a real one, that way I can feel comfortable connecting with FB and using the forums here to make friends and stuff.

Can add that IF you start a new account that nothing bad will happen (well you have to start from scratch) and its not against any rules.
Your old account, if not used, will get deleted after some time.

 

As my friends say we cannot change your username it is a long drawn out procedure that can only be done over several exchanges with support by email.

If we did this on the forum lots of people would be vulnerable to pranksters.

 

Is there anyway to email support then? I realize it would be easier to start a new account but I feel like I've already invested a lot into my city and and I really like it the way it is. It would be really hard for me to just start over.
