Can not logon...

    I am stock at the blue intro screen

    This has happened before. - I am sure it is because my Mood Loss is negative (below zero)

    Last time I was logged on and looked at the Mood, it was:

    Mood Gains: 26446
    Mood Loss: 2

    Since Mood Loss is continuously decreasing, I am pretty sure it is now below zero, and that is the reason, I cannot logon

    Please reset my game

    We have reset your game and were able to log in. Hopefully this solves your problem.
