Cannot Collect Reward for City Hall Upgrade

    I completed upgrading my City Hall to Level 6 a couple of days ago, but I've been unable to collect the rewards because unless I'm being particularly dense (which is not beyond the realms of possibility) there is no "Collect" button on the task window.

    Just to clarify, this is the task named "Transform into a Booming Metropolis". Is there anything else you need to know?
