Cannot Complete task

    Hello, I'm unable to complete the task 'Transform into a Cosmopolitan City', I've completed the steps to upgrade City Hall but cannot collect the rewards, there is no button to do so. I have cleared both my browser and flash cache and restarted the browser but still cannot complete it.

    Your system needs to be turned off for me to be able to fix this otherwise I am blocked.
    Just send an email to support when you are turning off (not just logging off) and I will jump in and fix it.

    It was powered off, it had been powered off for the last 11 hours. It will be powered off again tomorrow between 8AM EST and 8PM EST. Not sure how my PC being powered on would have anything to do with the issue to be honest.

    I am blocked by security when your system is on so I cannot fix the issue.

    I just tried again and your system is on which is why I asked you to contact support, I only do forums once every 12 hours but I do support every couple of hours.
