Cannot load game - please reset

    Hi there. Can my account please be reset? I have been unable to load the game (hangs up on the load screen after the ad plays). I have reset caches, rebooted, etc.

    I have reset your account, and checked that I can login from here. However, it might be to do with the current login problems.

    Thank you - all is working well now. My internet was down and even that is back up in working. Signs that it's going to be a good weekend! :)
