Can't build police station

    Hi all, somehow i am not able to build the police station and hospital,
    i think :rolleyes: i completed all the quests for it.

    Strange enough i can build the first aid kit and security camera.

    Even more odd i had the police station before the log in problems that have
    occured a few days ago

    almost forgot, i cleaned cache etc manual in firefox and i use almost daily Ccleaner
