Can't collect reward despite completing quest

    Hi, I've completed all the steps for 'Expand Your City Hall', 'Inaugural Event' and 'Practice Makes Perfect', but none of them will give me the reward. :(

    If you provide your game ID the moderators will have it much easier to help you.

    The game ID is the number that shows up when you log into the game near your user like this:
