Can't do a quest?

I've only just started to play this game today but it seems awesome so far. I'm on level 7 and one of the quests is to start the farmers market event at the event plaza. I've clicked on the event plaza numerous times and no events have come up. What does this mean?

OK, problem solved, reached level 8 and it became available.

 

You must be at level 10 to play the Farmers Market.

 

The Farmers Market is only available from level 10 to level 19. There are two different versions (Yes, they are very similar). level 10 ti 14 and level 15 to 19. A good place to find information about any aspect of the game is the Forum. In this particular case in the Events FAQ's section. Here is a link to the Farmers Market:
