can't finish event/can't stay on

hi and happy easter weekend!! i am trying to finish the event this week and i just can;t keep connected, i am connected on facebook and any other site i visit, but with rising cities it just keeps shutting me down, i cleared the cache and deleted browsing history on IE and am now trying firefox, but it is the same thing, can someone please tell me why when i am doing an event this happens over and over again, can someone fix it from your end so i can finish it and i am hoping tomorrows event is a special easter one!!! cheers, colette #5768033

 

Hi Collette can you clear the browser/flash cache on both browsers log out of the game and reboot the computer then try again.
then let me know how you go thankyou
if that fails I will email your problem

okay nothing is working for me, i followed your instructions correctly i think!! i deleted history and the cache and restarted the computer, but you also said to "log out" and i couldn't do that exactly because i cant geet on so i just "x'ed" out, i hope this is okay, cheers, colette......i look forward to playing and finishing my event

thanks so much....this is off topic but at one time my "tech peep" was pirate lee, he/she was the person who helped out, I seen your name all the time on the forum but I think this is the first time you have helped me...what happened to pirate lee??
