Can't get the game to load

Can you help at all? The game only loads very sporadically, mainly it just tries to load.

This is the case on different PCs, different routers, so I do think the problem is at your end. I've cleared caches etc. you've instructed to everyone else.

To be honest there seems to be an awful lot of people with this problem all of a sudden. I've been playing the game for well over a year with no previous problems.

Any help much appreciated.

 

I think we have had this before I placed your problem in our devs list and they have done what I did, that is log on and stay on for some time without issue.

That being said some systems are having this issue lots, most of them are safari and Chrome, the team are looking at various settings to see if they can ever duplicate the problem.

 

I do use Chrome, but I've tried loading it on Explorer and the same problem occurs.

 

I have reset your game data so can you check again please?.

I seem to be having the same issue several other users are having. The game allows me to log in, but then sits at the blueprint screen indefinitely. I have tried logging in with Firefox, Chrome and IE9 all with the same result. I have also cleared my browser cache, flash cache and temporary files and restarted my computer, but to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

I'm having the same issue as ninthwonder. Tried all the same tricks to try to resolve. I was, however, able to log in briefly from another computer, but when I later tried to log in from my computer I again couldn't get past the blue loading screen.

I, too, cant get my game to load. my ID is 2331967. i keep getting the blue loading screen with a box at the bottom that says error 2032. i have cleared my cash and rebooted and anything else i can think of short of voodoo, but still error 2032 is there, mocking me. please help so i can finish my Halloween Event

 

I'm having the same issue as everyone else seems to have. I am on both Chrome and IE. It still comes up with error 2032 no matter how many times I try to load it. I'm sorry, I forgot my ID. It's 8824802.

Thanks for that. Yes I've tried that but to no avail. Still can't load.

I see there's many more people with the same problem. I think it's probably time I called it a day here, this is getting interminable now.

I am also having problems staying connected to your game more than a few seconds at a time.

I am very sorry I have reported this to our development team and they are working in the background testing and trying both to duplicate the issue and then fix it.

When we log on as you (and the others) the game loads without issues which is why it is so hard to track and fix.

 

I can occasionally get on to the coastal or mountain areas, but can never get on to the main city. It's just totally random.

 

I don't know what changed, but I was able to log in to the game today. Thanks to whoever fixed it for me. I will try again later and hope that I can still log in.

I reset your data like the others, for some it works others still have issues that we are searching through.
