cant log in 2 days now

for 2 days the game has been under maintenance. im glad glad I didn't spend any money yet

Having the same issue. I'm glad that I finished my event on time. I feel bad for the players that did not complete them.

Same here I get past the log in then the next screen just keeps loading hope they fix it soon I'm starting to have withdrawal symptoms LOL.

 

I know the feeling. When I get home the first thing I do is login and collect all my CC's and XP's. LOL

I have not been able to log in as well. I was in middle of a event too, and I have spent money on this game. Starting to think this game is way to bugged out now for a money player like myself. I don't think they was thinking about bugs when they released this game from the beta. But this game has more bugs, then any Beta game I have ever played. Thinking I need a refund on the money if I can't play. And yes I have talked to the support team already, they have not been able to fix the issues the because the game was rushed by BP. And to BP I will say this. Hey not to be rude or anything but, Next time have a Test Server before you release new stuff into your games. Your the guys with more money then I make in a years time, You would think a little brains got you there. Now hire some geeks and get the game fixed or I will be getting my money back.

 

We ran a test server for almost 9 months before you saw the game but 1100 changes and additions have been made in the past 5 months these all have an impact.

The team are working to fix the issues.

 

Well you might want to send us a email when it's fixed. But I'm sure you know many won't be back to play after being down for so long. After 4 days now I am looking to other games myself.

 

Please see the new OA just released. Hopefully everyone can now get back onto the game.
