Can't log in for several days

I have not been able to log into the game for several days. I have tried multiple computers, with no luck. caches cleared etc.

I get the "heart rate monitor like load screen" and no further.

Please advise.

one strange thing though, my power level dropped dramatically in my absence. Maybe they had been high due to a bug before, or something went wrong?

 

No when your data is re set it will automatically re set you mood/power to the correct amount that is the one downside of this tool
is there anything else that we can help you with on this topic

 

well, if the alternative is to not be able to log in, I -as an RC addict- can live with that. I'll just have to work on my power suplly then .
