can't log in

    cleared cache and everything you asked us to do and is still not loading.

    Your data has now been reset so you should be able to log on, if not please clear your browser cache as this may be retaining the old log in data.
    Please note your mood and power will also be reset and will change as the system loses some data when people build or move homes. The new figure will be absolutely accurate and back up to date

    Sorry still not loading. cleared cache twice. I don't even get past the city skyline loading page. I get 6 of the icons at the bottom but not the 7th.
