can't log in

    ID 8766353 can't log in. game will not get past blueprint screen.

    Sams I will pass this on to the next level to check out. A couple of things to try while you wait (forgive me if you all ready have tried these)
    1. Close the game and close your browser and restart;
    2. Access the game from another browser;
    3. Close the browser and restart the computer from a cold start (turn off computer completely and restart);
    These usually work for me. I hope you can get into the game soon.

    G`day Sams, I have had to reset your data , then I was able to log into your account so it should now load for you. please check your power/mood as this may have also changed.
    please advise if your problem is now resolved gl :)

    Thanks! working now. did get nailed on the power again.:( just going to have too make more power plants.
