Can't login, an entire day

Earlier today same happened as in this thread https://board-en.risingcities.com/threads/bug-reporting.38190/
Now when I try to log in, I get an advertisement video to begin with and after this it just shows a black window.
Tested on two different computers.
Tested many times with using Ccleaner to clear data and also manually clearing Adobe Flash cache, same happens

EDIT: BTW, this was during my Limberjack finals, which means I have lost an entire day in that event and am now without possibility to finish it, despite the time/resources and PP I have already spent on it.

 

We have passed this onto the development team to see if they have any suggestions. The worst part is I can log on as you instantly so we know it is not the game but it is somewhere between you and the server.

I can log into BimmeDK on all three computers I've had access to today without any issues.
Those same three computers give login problems when I attempt to login to EumenidesDK account, so that indicates to me that it's account specific.

 

Haven't heard anything for a few days from you guys, but been thinking about if the site I log into might be part of the problem.
I always use http://www.miniclip.com/games/rising-cities/en/#t-c-f-C to log into the game.

 

Might be worth trying www.risingcities.com as that is the direct site, rather than going via a 3rd party. I've just logged in as you, and it worked fine for Eumenidesdk from here.
