    tfoley - There is not any specific system wide issues at this time. I can not log into your account either. I have reset your resources and was able to get into your game. You should be able to access your game now. Be aware that the process resets your power and mood levels to their actual levels. (not the artificial levels caused by the installing improvements). So you will need to build some more power plants and decorations in your city.
