Can't submit a support ticket either

    What is wrong with this game? Too much. I posted that I couldn't login and I couldn't submit a support ticket either. So what do you tell me? You must submit a ticket. WHAT DO YOU IF THE SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET???? Ugggghhhhh.......

    THE SYSTEM FINALLY TOOK MY SUPPORT TICKET. I TYPED IN EVERY NUMBER FROM 1 TO 140 SO I GUESS IT FINALLY HAD ENOUGH CHARACTERS.

    I was just informed that the problem with the game is in the developer's hands as this log in problem is happening only in the US and UK. Your ticket only goes to support and they turned it over to the developers. As far as the ticket did you typed in the required characters before you submitted your ticket and the 6 digit passcode correctly.

    Yes. I finally typed in all the numbers between 1 and 140. 1234567891011...... LOL Below is the email that I got from support and of course, they want additional information.

    • Be sure to include a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing

    In some cases issues must be escalated for deeper investigation. If that’s the case, you will be notified that your ticket has been forwarded; this may result in a longer than usual reply. You will always receive a reply back to your original ticket, once it has been escalated.

    Note: Please only submit one support request for each unique inquiry. We do reply to all requests for support, so there is no need to submit more than one request on a specific issue.
