    you must send a mail to the cash for action support. Mods can't do anything for you

    Zantia1 That is only partly correct. The mods can send your request up the chain of command. The mods are very limited in their abilities but they are not the only ones reading the forum. But if you do have an issue filing a support ticket is usually a more direct action.

    A support Ticket was raised and REJECTED
    reasons for which have not been explained

    I cannot see how it can be rejected, when all was completed as requested.

    Fuzo1 - posting the same issue in multiple threads is not helpful and is against the rules of the forum. It could be considered spam. We have answered your original thread. Hijacking another players thread as well is bad form.
