    When I completed the "Cash for action" actions, I was not credited with the 229 metro money?!? Any suggestions?

    It's the same for me : 1012 MM !!!

    I think that it's not BP's fault. The web site which hosts the surveys is Persona.ly. This site doesn't have paid credits for a long time. Just search on the web and you will see.

    You can try to join the support and open a ticket.

    (I couldn't because it was written "credited" !!!!)

    Edit : You can try to join persona.ly's support (not BP's support)

    _Bosco_ you are correct BP does not have any control over these offers. You can send in a support ticket, but little can be done. We will let the vendor know what happened.
