cash gone

I had over 750 cash and the next minute it's 440. I don't know where it went. Can you help me find out what happened?

 

Ok, firstly to get some help you need to provide your game id (an 8-digit number), which is displayed above the facebook symbol when you're not in fullscreen mode.

Secondly, it's most likely that you managed to hit the "MM" button to instant finish something for 310 MM (for example upgrade to a house). There is an option to make it confirm all MM usage, but this needs to be enabled in "Game Options". Click the "..." at the bottom right menu bar, then click the top symbol from the menu bar that appears, labelled "Additional Options". The bottom option here is the "MM security confirmation" - make sure that is set to "On". This will stop similar occurrences in the future.

Thirdly, it won't be possible to get your MM back, I suspect, but with your id it will be possible to confirm what you spent it on.
