Castle Carlson issue

    Hi,
    The decoration is suposed to be 2x3, but its real position is 3x2.
    I cleaned my browser cache (including the Flash cache).
    I would have put some screenshots to illustrate the issue, but I don't know how to integrate picture in a post.

    My ID is 7585807.

    PS. Sorry if I did some mistakes, English is not my first language.

    Don't worry, it's not just you. This has been a known issue for almost a year now. =/

    Yes this has been an on going issue with the Carlson Castle. It should work fine it is just a different shape then it is suppose to be. Not having been fortunate to have gotten one yet. I can only relay what I have read. If there are more issues post more details and a Moderator will be along soon to help.

    We are aware of this issue and assure you a solution is being investigated. Please be patient as these things are not always easy or quick to fix. In the meantime, billyjim correctly points out the deco still functions it just is a different shape. If it were swapped around, you would still have the same footprint just facing a different way. We apologize for any inconvenience. As nothing more can be done from here, closing this thread.
