cinaplex says not avialable for this account-normal?

once apon a time i had a working cinaplex. one day it slaps me in the face saying "cinaplex is not available for this account." what does it mean? WHY CANT I SIT HERE BINGE WATCHING ADVERTISEMENTS?

This is a new one I have not come across before , possibly try bulldozing it or put it in your inventory for a day or 2, also try the usual clear cache/browser and reboot computer as well.
in the mean time I will try and find out why, no promises though

 

I have tried all three already. The little message comes up when I hover over it, the second I click the GUI vanishes. I've had it in storage for 4 days, reconstructed it, and tried on three different browsers after reboot. Why does it hate me?!?!

I've just tried your account from here in the UK, and it asked if I wanted to start a film. I assume you're not getting that far?

In which case it might be one of two things - 1) your own location, and 2) if you're playing the game direct from risingcities.com or via a third party game website.

 

its probably because im doing third party. I cant find rising cities.com though

The second I signed in It said in the URL http://risingcities.miniclip.com/?action=internalGame through the link. Is it possible its doing this because I made my account through miniclip? Is it possible you could somehow move my data?
AND IS THIS THE REASON?

Well, apart from redirection to through miniclip, cinaplex is still rude. same old same old message I've had for weeks.

hello warbird, did you try a complete clear cache delete all cookies browsing history and saved passwords then try logging in from a different computer on a browser you have not used before.
we seem to remember some one else with a similar problem some months ago, I spent 3 hours today looking for it but to no avail as yet.
we will keep looking to find this one in the mean time gl

there is a different third party problem also which is more to do with login and passwords

 

OK, I tried through another computer on another browser after clearing cache, but still no. Should I try restarting through www.Rising cities.com? And would that mean using another username & password?

no when going through rc for the first time click on forget password and when they email you then log in, gl

 

I dont get it what do i do again?

 

When you enter the portal and it asks you for your password, click on the line ""forgot password" This will take you to a new page where the game will send you a temporary password. So you can log in.
